How is your sleep?

Sleeping better is one of the most important things we can all do to feel better.  How is your sleep?

Here are my 3 best tips to sleep better:

  1. Make a routine- same time to bed, and up in the morning everyday.

  3. Don’t use your phone at night to wind down.

Here is what KILLS my sleep:

  1. Using my phone in bed.

  2. Problem solving going to bed.

  3. Drinking Alcohol.  (wine for me drives me NUTS)
