Sleeping better is one of the most important things we can all do to feel better. How is your sleep?
Here are my 3 best tips to sleep better:
Make a routine- same time to bed, and up in the morning everyday.
Use a weighted blanket. I use this one:
Don’t use your phone at night to wind down.
