When should you take Vitamin D Supplements?

There are a few things to consider when taking Vitamin D. My concerns are:
Are you taking too much?
Are you taking too little?
Are you taking Vitamin D for too long?
Do you need Vitamin D Supplements at all?
To answer all of these questions, you need to test. It’s just that simple.
For me I use a simple blood spot Vitamin D Test at least twice per year. Its relatively inexpensive, and helps me guide how much Vitamin D I should take.
