What are the benefits of Greens Supplements? -Greens increase your overall wellness - Greens can improve immune function as the nutrients inside the vegetables can help with Immune responses. - Greens act as a great source of fiber for your GUT as well as your Friendly Bacteria (probiotics)
Greens may help with bowel motility
Greens can help you detox as the nutrients support proper function of the liver, and kidneys.
Greens can help balance the pH of your urine which helps you stay more alkaline. ( blood pH doesn't change that much when measured)
Greens are excellent antioxidants, which help act like fire extinguishers in your body, especially if you are chronically stressed.

How do you use a greens supplement?
Mix it in Milk, juice, or water
Sprinkle it on roasted vegetables
Mix it in scrambled eggs
Mix it in Energy Bites
Use it in home made salad dressings

Add it to soup

The Bottom line
Greens powders are an amazing way to get jam packed nutrition and help you fill in some of your nutritional gaps. When used daily, they pack a punch in your overall nutrition profile.
