3 Top books I have read this year

3 impactful books for me in 2020 BLOG

You know those books that you read and just say wow!  I have had 3 major ones this year that I have read and was just amazed at what I had learned.  Today I want to share those with you.

I am constantly challenging myself to learn more and become both a better practitioner as well as do better things for my body which help me feel better.  The idea of doing different things to change how you feel is at the core of my belief system that your human body can do amazing things given the right inputs.  I love trialing different supplements, diets, fasting techniques, cold water emersion, and a host more things to try and optimize how I feel.  Its like I’m running a never-ending clinical trial on myself in my house.  And you know what?  I LOVE IT.

There has been 3 books that I have read this year that have really impacted me and very much helped me in my personal life, and helped me expand my knowledge in how I help others in my practice.


The 3 books are:

Sleep Smarter by Shawn Stevenson

Why We Sleep by Dr. Matthew Walker

Head Strong by Dave Asprey

These have been the books that when I read them, I said WOW! I truly learned something from those and was able to take some of the lessons into my daily life.  There were others that made an impact as well, but these 3 were by far the best for me.

These would be the 3 books I’d recommend someone start with if they are serious about trying to get a head start on how they feel.
